Wi-Fi availability depends on the aircraft. Jet Card Owners receive a guarantee that their aircraft is equipped with Wi-Fi on Super Mid and Heavy categories. Membership users receive Wi-Fi when available on the selected aircraft.
Luggage capacity varies by aircraft. Most private jets allow more luggage than commercial flights, but oversized items such as golf clubs or skis may require a larger category. The Elevate App displays recommended aircraft based on baggage needs.
Yes. Pets are welcome. For international travel, you may need a pet passport, microchip, and current vaccinations. The Elevate team assists with any additional documentation requirements.
