What onboard services are included?

Reasonable catering is included for Super Mid and Heavy Jet Card Owners. All travelers can request custom catering, cabin service preferences, and other inflight amenities through the Elevate App or team.

Is Wi-Fi available during my flight?

Wi-Fi availability depends on the aircraft. Jet Card Owners receive a guarantee that their aircraft is equipped with Wi-Fi on Super Mid and Heavy categories. Membership users receive Wi-Fi when available on the selected aircraft.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage capacity varies by aircraft. Most private jets allow more luggage than commercial flights, but oversized items such as golf clubs or skis may require a larger category. The Elevate App displays recommended aircraft based on baggage needs.

Can I fly with my pet?

Yes. Pets are welcome. For international travel, you may need a pet passport, microchip, and current vaccinations. The Elevate team assists with any additional documentation requirements.

How fast are private jets?

Jet speeds range from 400 to 500 mph for Light, Midsize, Super Mid, and Heavy Jets. Turboprops typically operate between 220 and 315 mph. Performance depends on altitude, winds, and aircraft weight.
