Mary Ellen Connelly has extensive experience in multiple facets of the aviation industry. She is adept at all aspects of inflight, ensuring exceptional standards of confidentiality, safety, and high-touch service for every flight.
Mary Ellen has flown on the Gulfstream, Global and Falcon series of corporate jets. She began her aviation career with PeoplExpress/Continental Airlines as a cross-utilized customer service representative and in-flight supervisor. She was a marketing flight attendant for Dassault Falcon Jet, conducting demonstration flights around the world. She gained experience in fractional aviation with the startup of NetJets International where she was chief flight attendant and director of inflight standards. She developed and maintained the FAA operations manual, implemented training and standards programs, and designed galley configurations and interior specifications for corporate jet aircraft.
Mary Ellen was born and raised in Morristown NJ where she began her love of aviation watching planes take off and land with her family at MMU airport.
